ABOUT SANA

Sana is a self-taught artist who is originally from Pakistan and has lived in the UK before moving to Canada.  She graduated in Medicine and then decided to pursue her artistic passion, allowing her to self-express within a safe space. Although she has enjoyed creating art from a young age, she has only recently taken this to a more detailed level. She likes to explore the interplay of color, texture, and form through various mediums, including acrylics, watercolors, modeling clay and oil paints. She is inspired by the natural world and architecture. Her work incorporates natural patterns, ripples and water reflections, abstract and realistic landscapes and the crisp lines of architectural structures. Her practice is defined by experimenting with materials and engagement with natural patterns and movements. She hopes that her art will create inspiration and allow her audience to reflect on deeper interpretations.
